.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC WILL
SHIFT TO THE EAST INTO THIS AFTERNOON WHILE A COLD FRONT
GRADUALLY SHIFTS SOUTH DOWN THE CENTRAL PART OF THE LAKE...LIKELY
