WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 INCH HIGH OVER THE UPPER AND MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY WILL SHIFT EAST TOWARDS THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST THIS
MORNING. MEANWHILE...A 29.9 INCH LOW OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO WILL
SHIFT EASTWARD ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES AND DRIVE AN ARTIC
COLD FRONT DOWN THE LAKE TODAY. A STRONG 30.8 INCH HIGH WILL THEN
BUILD OVER THE PLAINS THIS EVENING AND SHIFT EASTWARD OVER THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES SATURDAY EVENING WHILE WEAKENING SLIGHTLY TO
30.6 INCHES. THE HIGH WILL BECOME CENTERED OVER THE CENTRAL
ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES MOVES THROUGH THE UPPER MIDWEST AND WESTERN
GREAT LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
