IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.4 INCHES EXTENDS
FROM ONTARIO INTO WESTERN QUEBEC. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES
OVER OKLAHOMA WILL LIFT TO MISSOURI BY SATURDAY...THEN MOVE EAST
ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY EARLY SUNDAY. THE HIGH WILL
BUILD SOUTH INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST SUNDAY THEN SPREAD TO THE OHIO
VALLEY BY TUESDAY. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER LOW OF 29.7 INCHES WILL
MOVE OVER HUDSON BAY MONDAY THEN TO QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY AS A COLD
FRONT PUSHES SOUTH ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN.
