WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER NORTHWEST QUEBEC
WILL CONTINUE NORTHEAST TODAY. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.2 INCHES WILL
DEVELOP OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA TODAY WHILE ANOTHER LOW OF 29.4
INCHES DEVELOPS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT. THE MANITOBA LOW
WILL TRACK EAST ALONG THE CANADIAN BORDER TOWARD LAKE SUPERIOR BY
SUNDAY EVENING WHILE THE LOW OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS BEGINS TO
LIFT NORTHEAST TOWARD ILLINOIS BY EARLY SUNDAY EVENING. THE TWO
LOWS WILL MERGE OVER OVER LAKE MICHIGAN SUNDAY NIGHT AND BEGIN TO
RAPIDLY INTENSIFY...DEEPENING TO 28.8 INCHES AS IT NEARS THE
MACKINAC STRAITS BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL TRACK
NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC MONDAY NIGHT DEEPENING A BIT FARTHER TO 28.7
INCHES.
