WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES NEAR LAKE HURON WILL
CONTINUE TO TRACK EAST TO NEAR LAKE ONTARIO BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
THIS LOW WILL THEN MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW MOVING NORTHEAST ALONG
THE NEW ENGLAND COAST AND DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.5 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER MANITOBA...WITH A RIDGE AXIS
EXTENDING SOUTH INTO TEXAS. THE HIGH WILL SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER WEDNESDAY AND THEN SLOWLY MOVE EAST ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES REGION THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS IT SLOWLY WEAKENS TO
30.3 INCHES.
