OPEN LAKE FORECAST for Lake Michigan

FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.0 inches over Like Michigan will
move off to the east this afternoon as a 29.4 inch low pressure
area moves east to central Saskatchewan. This low will weaken to
29.5 inches as it reaches western Ontario Thursday night, but then
deepen to 29.3 inches as it moves to western Quebec Friday. A
cold front associated with this low will push across Lake Michigan
Thursday night into Friday morning. A secondary cold front will
drop south across the lake Saturday night into early Sunday.
