WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER THE UPPER OHIO
VALLEY WILL MOVE TO THE MID ATLANTIC THIS EVENING. MEANWHILE...A
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES EXTENDS FROM NORTHERN
QUEBEC THROUGH THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES. THIS RIDGE WILL MOVE
SOUTHWARD OVER THE CENTRAL LAKES BY EARLY TUESDAY AND CONTINUE
THROUGH WEDNESDAY...GRADUALLY WEAKENING IN THAT TIME. LOW PRESSURE
AROUND 29.8 INCHES WILL APPROACH THE GREAT LAKES FROM THE UPPER
PLAINS ON THURSDAY NIGHT BUT WILL LIKELY WEAKEN BEFORE REACHING
LAKE MICHIGAN.
