FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Ridge of high pressure averaging 30.1 inches stretches
across the Great Lakes to New England this afternoon. Low pressure
of 29.6 inches over the Tennessee Valley this afternoon will
meander across the mid Mississippi Valley tonight and tomorrow
while it fills. Another low of 29.6 inches will form over the
central Great Plains Wednesday and persist over the region through
the end of the week. The low will lift Lake Superior Sunday while
a trailing cold front sweeps across Lake Michigan.
