IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN
EARLY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO THE MIDDLE OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY MID
MORNING...AND THEN TO LAKE ERIE BY EARLY EVENING AND DEEPEN TO
29.6 INCHES. THIS WILL BRING ABNORMALLY GUSTY NORTHERLY WINDS FOR
SUMMERTIME BEHIND ITS PASSAGE...NAMELY DURING TONIGHT AND EARLY
MONDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PLAINS LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY. THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY
EXPAND EASTWARD OVER LAKE MICHIGAN DURING MIDWEEK WHILE WEAKENING
TO 30.1 INCHES.
