FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 INCH HIGH IS OVER THE OHIO VALLEY WHILE A 29.5
INCH LOW IS OVER THE DAKOTAS. THE HIGH WILL REACH THE EAST COAST
THIS AFTERNOON WHILE THE LOW WILL MOVE OVER MANITOBA. THE LOW
DEEPENS TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT REACHES JAMES BAY AND ITS COLD FRONT
WILL PASS OVER THE LAKE EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. A WEAK HIGH
PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 29.9 BUILDS OVER THE SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY TUESDAY THEN A 29.6 INCH LOW MOVES OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. THE LOW DEEPENS TO AROUND 29.4 INCHES AS IT PASSES OVER
THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY EVENING.
