WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES
STRETCHES FROM NEW ENGLAND WESTWARD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES...AND
WILL CONTINUE TO LINGER THROUGH THE WEEKEND WHILE WEAKENING ONLY
SLIGHTLY DURING THAT TIME. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING
30.0 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO MOVE SOUTHWARD OVER THE NORTHERN PART
OF THE LAKE ON MONDAY. THIS IS EXPECTED TO DRIFT SOUTHWARD
THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT BEFORE WEAKENING...ALLOWING WINDS TO TURN
SOUTHERLY BY MIDWEEK.
