FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.4 inches over the Ohio Valley
will move to the mid-Atlantic coast this evening. Low pressure of
29.5 inches will move from the High Plains to the northern Lakes
by evening. This low will drag a cold front across central Lake
Michigan by early Monday. A series of weaker low pressure systems
will move along the cold front through Tuesday before the cold
front drifts off to the southeast Tuesday night. Strong high
pressure of 30.7 inches will build in behind the front Wednesday,
and weaker ridging will linger across the western Lakes Thursday.

.MONDAY...West winds 10 to 20 kt veering to northeast to 30 kt
from late morning on. Chance of snow showers and slight chance of
rain showers in the morning...then snow showers, rain showers,
light sleet and slight chance of light freezing rain in the
afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft building to 5 to
8 ft occasionally to 10 ft late.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt. Wintry mix. Waves 5
to 8 ft occasionally to 10 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft occasionally
to 8 ft.
.TUESDAY...East winds 10 to 20 kt veering to southwest. Rain,
freezing rain, or sleet in the morning...then rain showers in the
afternoon. Waves 3 to 5 ft subsiding to 2 to 4 ft in the
afternoon.

freezing rain likely in the evening. Waves 2 to 4 ft building to
