WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...ELONGATED LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES ACROSS THE
NORTHERN AND EASTERN GREAT LAKES WILL SHIFT INTO WESTERN QUEBEC BY
LATE THURSDAY MORNING...DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT DOES SO.
THE LOW WILL THEN GRADUALLY SHIFT EAST ON FRIDAY. MEANWHILE...A
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE PLAINS
ON FRIDAY AND PASS OVER THE LAKE SATURDAY. THIS HIGH WILL SHIFT
EAST OF THE REGION ON SUNDAY AS LOW PRESSURE GRADUALLY DEVELOPS
IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRY.
