IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER THE
UPPER MIDWEST THIS MORNING AND WILL DRIFT ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY
BY LATE THIS EVENING. THE HIGH WILL REMAIN OVER THE SOUTHEAST
STATES THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND WILL SHIFT TO THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST EARLY NEXT WEEK. MEANWHILE...A 29.5 INCH LOW WILL DROP
ACROSS LAKE ONTARIO THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY AND ANOTHER 30.0
INCH LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHERN LAKES REGION FRIDAY NIGHT
INTO SATURDAY. A 29.8 INCH LOW WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS ONTARIO ON
SUNDAY...FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 29.7 INCH LOW ON TUESDAY.
