WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER CENTRAL WISCONSIN WILL
MOVE NORTHEAST AND DISSIPATE OVER THE UPPER PENINSULA TONIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES NEAR NEW ORLEANS WILL MOVE NORTH TO NEAR
FORT WAYNE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...AS IT DEEPENS TO 29.2 INCHES. THE
LOW WILL CONTINUE TO LAKE HURON WEDNESDAY NIGHT DEEPENING FURTHER
TO 28.9 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL MOVE NORTH INTO QUEBEC ON THURSDAY
AS A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY. LOW
PRESSURE WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTH CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY EVENING
TO THE NORTHERN LAKES FRIDAY AFTERNOON. THE LOW WILL CONTINUE INTO
QUEBEC SATURDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE LAKE
FRIDAY NIGHT.
