WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST THROUGH QUEBEC TODAY... WHILE A SECONDARY
TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVES SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES. HIGH
PRESSURE RIDGING AVERAGING 30.7 INCHES DEVELOPING ACROSS THE
NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST TO THE
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND OHIO RIVER VALLEYS THROUGH THE END OF THE
WEEK...WITH A CENTER WEAKENING TO 30.6 INCHES ACROSS THE TENNESSEE
VALLEY BY EARLY SATURDAY. THE RIDGE WILL DRIFT EAST ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES SATURDAY...BEFORE LOW PRESSURE NEAR 29.9 INCHES
DEVELOPS ACROSS THE PLAINS AND LIFTS NORTHEAST TO THE WESTERN
LAKES SUNDAY.
