WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS..A 30.4 INCH LOW IS CENTERED OVER NORTHEAST QUEBEC AND
STRETCHES DOWN THE EAST COAST. MEANWHILE A 29.3 INCH LOW IS OVER
MONTANA AND IT WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS MONDAY WHILE
FILLING TO 29.4 INCHES. THE LOW WILL FILL TO 29.7 INCHES
OVER WISCONSIN TUESDAY WHILE A SECOND LOW OF 29.6 INCHES FORMS
OVER THE SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. THE SECOND LOW WILL RACE NORTH
OVER THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY EVENING WHILE ABSORBING THE
WEAKER LOW AND DEEPENING TO 28.6 INCHES OVER SOUTHWESTERN QUEBEC.
THE LOW WILL CONTINUE NORTH WHILE ANOTHER LOW AROUND 29.3 INCHES
MOVES INTO OVER THE PLAINS THURSDAY AND IMPACTS LAKE MICHIGAN
