WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES JUST NORTH OF LAKE
SUPERIOR WILL MOVE TO CENTRAL QUEBEC BY SATURDAY MORNING...AS IT
DEEPENS TO 29.5 INCHES. A STRONG TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE LAKE SATURDAY MORNING. UNSEASONABLY STRONG HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND
UPPER MIDWEST SATURDAY...THEN SLOWLY MOVE EAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN
LAKES SUNDAY. AS THIS HIGH MOVES EAST INTO QUEBEC MONDAY...A
WEAKER RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL EXTEND WEST ACROSS THE LAKE
INTO TUESDAY.
