WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER EASTERN ONTARIO WILL
SLOWLY WEAKEN AS IT LIFTS NORTHEAST ACROSS QUEBEC THURSDAY
MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL THEN SPREAD
OVER THE LAKE TONIGHT. THE NEXT LOW WILL FORM OVER THE NORTHERN
PLAINS THURSDAY...AND WILL PASS NORTH OF THE GREAT LAKES AT ABOUT
29.6 INCHES ON FRIDAY. A STRONG COLD FRONT TRAILING FROM THE LOW
WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE LAKE FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY.
