IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES EAST OF JAMES BAY WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST ACROSS QUEBEC TODAY...TRAILING A COLD FRONT
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES WHICH WILL MOVE SOUTH DOWN LAKE MICHIGAN
THROUGH TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE INTO
NORTHWEST ONTARIO BEHIND THE FRONT. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.7 INCHES
WILL DROP QUICKLY SOUTHEAST FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO WESTERN
ILLINOIS BY SUNDAY MORNING...DEEPENING SLIGHTLY TO 29.6 INCHES AS
IT CONTINUES TO MOVE RAPIDLY SOUTHEAST OF THE OHIO RIVER BY SUNDAY
EVENING. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL
SPREAD ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT...BEFORE A SLOWLY
FILLING LOW OF 29.5 INCHES APPROACHES THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN
GREAT LAKES EARLY MONDAY.
