IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES STRETCHES FROM THE
CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 30.1
INCHES IS CENTERED NEAR LAKE ERIE. THE LOW WILL LIFT ACROSS NEW
ENGLAND TODAY WHILE THE HIGH BUILDS INTO THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES
REGION. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER SOUTHERN
MANITOBA THIS AFTERNOON...THEN MOVE OVER JAMES BAY BY EARLY
MONDAY...DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN MONDAY. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO
THE CENTRAL PLAINS MIDWEEK SHIFTING EAST TO THE GREAT LAKES BY
THURSDAY.
