IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER WESTERN ONTARIO WILL
FILL SLIGHTLY TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT MOVES SOUTHEAST TO THE CENTRAL
GREAT LAKES BY EARLY SATURDAY...AND EVENTUALLY REDEVELOPS ACROSS
THE MID ATLANTIC REGION BY SATURDAY NIGHT. A COLD FRONT TRAILING
THIS LOW WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN OVERNIGHT. MEANWHILE...
A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE
PLAINS AND THEN REACH THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY SUNDAY MORNING.
ANOTHER STRONG LOW FORMS OVER SOUTHWEST CANADA SATURDAY EVENING
AND DEEPENS TO AROUND 28.9 INCHES AS IT REACHES HUDSON BAY SUNDAY
NIGHT. ITS COLD FRONT SLIDES OVER THE LAKE MONDAY MORNING.
