IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE
CENTRAL PLAINS STRETCHING INTO NORTHERN ILLINOIS WILL SHIFT SOUTH
THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER THE
CANADIAN MARITIMES WILL DRAG A TROUGH AVERAGING 29.1 INCHES
SOUTHWARD TONIGHT. THIS TROUGH WILL REACH NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN
EARLY ON THURSDAY...THEN CLEAR THE SOUTH END OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY
EARLY FRIDAY. A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD OVER THE WESTERN LAKES
FRIDAY...THEN MOVE TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST SATURDAY AS A 29.7
INCH LOW DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
