WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE
LAKES THIS EVENING...WILL SLOWLY MOVE ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC
WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY. A 29.6 INCH LOW WILL MOVE OVER NORTHERN
MANITOBA WEDNESDAY AND TRACK TO NORTHERN QUEBEC THURSDAY. ANOTHER
LOW OF 29.6 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE DAKOTAS WEDNESDAY AND
REMAIN OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS INTO THE WEEKEND. THE
LOW WILL THEN LIFT ACROSS ONTARIO INTO QUEBEC SUNDAY INTO MONDAY
DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN.
