WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES WILL DEVELOP
OVER THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT...THEN DISSIPATE BY FRIDAY EVENING
AS IT APPROACHED LAKE HURON. ANOTHER LOW IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP
OVER THE PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT AND REACH MINNESOTA AT 29.5 INCHES
SATURDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER STRONGER LOW OF 29.3 INCHES FORMS OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS SATURDAY NIGHT AND DEEPENS TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT
REACHES THE MID ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY.
