IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES ACROSS EASTERN ONTARIO
THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO SOUTHERN QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS EARLY
THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO OHIO BY THIS EVENING. ANOTHER LOW
PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL FOLLOW IN ITS WAKE ON WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING...MOVING ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS INTO THE
OHIO RIVER VALLEY. A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES
WILL THEN SLIDE OVER THE LAKE ON THURSDAY. STRONG LOW PRESSURE OF
29.4 INCHES WILL MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS ONTARIO THURSDAY NIGHT AND
FRIDAY BRINGING A PERIOD OF POSSIBLE SOUTHWEST GALES TO THE LAKE.
THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE ON FRIDAY
NIGHT BEFORE A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES OVER THE LAKE ON
SATURDAY NIGHT.
