IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WAS OVER EASTERN ONTARIO
THIS EVENING...WITH A TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES TRAILING ACROSS
THE NORTHERN LAKES AND THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. THE LOW WILL
CONSOLIDATE OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO TUESDAY AFTERNOON...AND WILL
DEEPEN TO 29.5 INCHES BEFORE REACHING CENTRAL QUEBEC BY MIDDAY
WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES OVER WESTERN HUDSON BAY
WILL DROP SOUTHEAST INTO CENTRAL ONTARIO TONIGHT...AND THEN
ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY LATE WEDNESDAY. THE HIGH WILL
THEN SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES INTO THE
WEEKEND.
