WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES CENTERED OVER
PENNSYLVANIA WILL MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND TODAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4
INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST WILL SLOWLY LIFT
NORTHEAST TO ONTARIO TONIGHT...AND THEN TO NEAR JAMES BAY
WEDNESDAY. AS THIS LOW CONTINUES TO QUEBEC...A STRONG 31.0 INCH
RIDGE WILL BUILD INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS THURSDAY THEN SHIFT TO
THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY FRIDAY WEAKENING TO 30.6 INCHES. THE
HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE MID ATLANTIC COAST SATURDAY AS LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS SATURDAY.
