WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING OF 30.2 INCHES STRETCHES FROM
ONTARIO THROUGH THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. THE HIGH WILL BUILD
EAST ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES AND WILL BE CENTERED OVER THE
OHIO VALLEY SUNDAY MORNING. THE CENTER OF THIS HIGH WILL THEN MOVE
EAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE ANOTHER LOW OF
29.7 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER MANITOBA AND MOVES SOUTHEAST TO THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES BY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL FILL SLIGHTLY
TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT MOVES TO THE EASTERN LAKES MONDAY...AND TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST ON TUESDAY. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD EAST ACROSS ONTARIO AND QUEBEC THROUGH MID
WEEK...WITH SLIGHTLY WEAKER RIDGING EXTENDING ACROSS THE WESTERN
LAKES.
