IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL LIFT
ACROSS NORTHERN QUEBEC THROUGH THURSDAY...WHILE FILLING TO 29.5
INCHES. MEANWHILE...A WEAK COLD FRONT HAS PUSHED ACROSS THE
SOUTHERN END OF THE LAKE EARLY THIS MORNING...AND HIGH PRESSURE
RIDGING AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST
AND WESTERN GREAT LAKES THIS AFTERNOON. THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY
DRIFT EAST OF LAKE MICHIGAN AND ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES AND INTO
NEW ENGLAND THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.9 INCHES DEVELOPS EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN
PLAINS THROUGH FRIDAY.
