WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKES REGION TODAY AND TONIGHT...THEN BEGIN
TO WEAKEN AS IT MOVES ACROSS NEW ENGLAND THURSDAY NIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL
PLAINS ON THURSDAY. THIS LOW IS FORECAST TO TRACK NORTHEAST AND
LIFT A WARM FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
ANOTHER LOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE WESTERN LAKES ON
SATURDAY...AND MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY
