IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES IS IN PLACE OVER FAR
NORTHERN ONTARIO...WHILE WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING OF 30.4
INCHES DOMINATES SOUTH OF THE LAKES FROM MISSOURI TO THE UPPER
OHIO VALLEY. THE CANADIAN LOW WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST TO JAMES BAY
BY THIS EVENING AND INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC BY SATURDAY
MORNING...WHILE THE RIDGE TO THE SOUTH WEAKENS. A COLD FRONT
TRAILING FROM THE QUEBEC LOW WILL MOVE SOUTH DOWN LAKE MICHIGAN
SATURDAY...BUT WILL STALL AS ANOTHER LOW OF 29.7 INCHES DEVELOPS
IN THE LEE OF THE CANADIAN ROCKIES AND MOVES QUICKLY TO NORTHWEST
ILLINOIS WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.5 INCHES BY SUNDAY MORNING. THE LOW
WILL PASS ACROSS CENTRAL INDIANA SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND MOVE QUICKLY
TO THE MID ATLANTIC REGION SUNDAY NIGHT...WHILE WEAK HIGH PRESSURE
OF 30.2 INCHES SPREADS ACROSS ONTARIO.
