WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE MID
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING TO THE MID ATLANTIC BY LATER
TODAY...WEAKENING AS IT DOES. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.8 INCHES

MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES TO BEGIN THE WEEKEND. A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE LATE SATURDAY NIGHT INTO
SUNDAY...WITH AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS THE LAKE
SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO EVENING.
