IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER THE
UPPER MIDWEST EARLY THIS MORNING AND WILL SHIFT TO NEW ENGLAND
ON MONDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES WILL LIFT FROM THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS MONDAY TO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES TUESDAY THEN FILL AS IT
LIFTS INTO CANADA TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER LOW OF
29.6 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
