FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Deep low pressure of 28.8 inches is located just west
of James Bay early this morning. The low will slowly shift across
James Bay through midday then lift to far northern Quebec tonight.
Another low of 29.7 inches will form over Lake Superior early
Friday and shift to Lake Huron Friday night into Saturday. Another
low of 29.7 inches will move from northern Manitoba Saturday
night to the central Great Lakes Sunday night.
