WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES OVER THE CANADIAN
PRAIRIES EXTENDS SOUTH INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE HIGH WILL
BEGIN BUILDING OVER LAKE MICHIGAN BY LATE TONIGHT AND THEN MOVE
TO THE SOUTH OF LAKE MICHIGAN BY THURSDAY NIGHT. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER
LOW OF 29.4 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES THURSDAY
NIGHT...WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES SATURDAY AS IT DRIFTS OVER THE
NORTHERN LAKES...THEN SPREADS INTO THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES ON
SUNDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES BUILDS BACK INTO THE NORTHERN
PLAINS ON MONDAY.
