WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES CENTERED ACROSS THE OHIO
VALLEY WILL MOVE OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN WILL
SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHEAST TO SOUTHERN MANITOBA TONIGHT. A SURFACE
TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES AND AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT
EXTENDING UPPER MISSOURI VALLEY WILL WEAK WHILE PUSHING ACROSS
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN ON SATURDAY. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.6 INCHES
WILL DROP ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SATURDAY NIGHT AND
CROSS LAKE MICHIGAN ON SUNDAY. FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF THIS
LOW AND AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT...WINDS WILL TURN NORTHERLY AND
QUICKLY INCREASE...WITH OCCASIONAL GALE FORCE GUSTS POSSIBLE LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IS THEN
FORECAST TO SLOWLY MOVE FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST TO THE LOWER GREAT
