WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.8 INCHES OVER WISCONSIN WILL
SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES TONIGHT WHERE IT WILL GENERALLY
PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND SLOWLY WEAKEN. THE HIGH WILL
SHIFT TO NEW ENGLAND ON MONDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES
DEVELOPS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO NEAR LAKE
MICHIGAN AT AROUND 29.6 INCHES ON TUESDAY...THEN FILL AS IT LIFTS
INTO CANADA ON WEDNESDAY.
