IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC WILL
MERGE WITH ANOTHER STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...AN ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT CURRENTLY
ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES...WILL MOVE SOUTH DOWN LAKE MICHIGAN.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE INTO NORTHWEST ONTARIO
BEHIND THE FRONT. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.6 INCHES WILL DROP QUICKLY
SOUTHEAST FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS BY
SUNDAY MORNING...THEN CONTINUE RAPIDLY SOUTHEAST TO THE OHIO
RIVER BY SUNDAY EVENING. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGING AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT...BEFORE
A SLOWLY FILLING LOW OF 29.5 INCHES APPROACHES THE NORTHERN AND
