FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.4 inches will move into the Ohio
Valley by early Sunday, with weaker ridging extending north across
the western Lakes. Low pressure of 29.6 inches will move from the
Plains to the northern Lakes by Sunday night, trailing a cold
front across northern parts of the lake early Monday. This front
will stall, and another low of 29.7 inches will move across
southern portions of the lake later in the day. Another weak low
will move along the front on Tuesday, before the front slowly
moves southeast Tuesday night. High pressure of 30.6 inches will
build into the region early Thursday.

.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 kt backing to south 10 to 20 kt
late in the morning...then increasing to gales to 40 kt in the
afternoon. Chance of snow in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 ft
building to 10 to 14 ft occasionally to 18 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...South gales to 40 kt becoming southwest 10 to
20 kt. Chance of snow in the evening. Waves 10 to 14 ft
occasionally to 18 ft subsiding to 6 to 9 ft occasionally to
12 ft late.
.MONDAY...North winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast to 30 kt in
the afternoon. Chance of snow and rain showers in the morning...
then rain and snow showers in the afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 ft
occasionally to 9 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds to 30 kt. Rain showers, possibly
mixed with snow and sleet. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft
subsiding to 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft overnight.
.TUESDAY...North winds 10 to 20 kt. Rain showers likely in the
morning...then snow showers likely in the afternoon, possibly
mixed with sleet or freezing rain. Waves 3 to 5 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 kt. Chance of snow and
freezing rain. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.

in the morning...then increasing to gales to 35 kt in the
afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 ft building to 8 to 11 ft occasionally to

overnight. Chance of rain overnight. Waves 8 to 12 ft
