WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL EXPAND FROM THE
PLAINS EASTWARD ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI AND OHIO VALLEYS
LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT. MEANWHILE...AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES WILL MOVE EASTWARD FROM NORTHERN MANITOBA TO EASTERN
ONTARIO ON FRIDAY...AND THEN CONTINUE EAST TO QUEBEC FRIDAY NIGHT
INTO SATURDAY WHILE DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE. ANOTHER
