WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES IS CENTERED OVER THE
SOUTHERN END OF THE LAKE AND IT WILL GRADUALLY MOVE EASTWARD OFF
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY. MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6
INCHES WILL GRADUALLY DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES
LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE EAST TO ONTARIO
SUNDAY...THEN TO QUEBEC ON MONDAY...STRENGTHENING SLIGHTLY TO 29.4
INCHES ALONG THE WAY. A COLD FRONT TRAILING SOUTHWEST FROM THE LOW
WILL MOVE DOWN THE LAKE LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.
