FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER WISCONSIN THIS
MORNING WILL WEAKEN AND MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN AND
LAKE SUPERIOR TODAY. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF AROUND 30.0 INCHES WILL
DRIFT ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN TONIGHT AS A WARM FRONTAL BOUNDARY
DEVELOPS AND MOVES NORTHWARD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN BEHIND IT.
STRONG LOW PRESSURE WILL THEN DEVELOP ACROSS THE DAKOTAS SUNDAY
MORNING AND DEEPEN TO 29.5 INCHES SUNDAY AFTERNOON THEN WEAKEN TO
29.7 INCHES AS IT MOVE EAST ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR EARLY MONDAY. A
STRONG COLD FRONT WILL TRAIL THE LOW AND CROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
SUNDAY NIGHT. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES WILL MOVE
SOUTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS BEHIND THE LOW BY
TUESDAY MORNING.
