WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER CENTRAL AND
WESTERN IOWA WILL MOVE TO NORTHWEST WISCONSIN BY LATE SUNDAY
MORNING THEN DEEPEN TO 29.6 INCHES AS IT CROSSES CENTRAL LAKE
SUPERIOR INTO MONDAY MORNING. A COLD FRONT WILL CROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN TONIGHT TURNING WINDS FROM EAST AND SOUTHEAST TO
SOUTHWESTERLY. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP ACROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN LATER TUESDAY TRANSITIONING WINDS TO VARIABLE AND
THEN NORTH AND NORTHEAST BY WEDNESDAY.
