IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK LOW PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES NEAR LAKE ERIE
WILL QUICKLY LIFT NORTHEAST ACROSS NEW ENGLAND TODAY. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES EXTENDING FROM WISCONSIN TO OKLAHOMA
WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN LAKES TONIGHT AS IT WEAKENS
TO 30.2 INCHES. ANOTHER LOW OF 29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER
SOUTHERN MANITOBA THIS AFTERNOON...THEN MOVE OVER JAMES BAY BY
EARLY MONDAY...DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN MONDAY.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES
INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS MIDWEEK SHIFTING EAST TO THE GREAT LAKES
BY THURSDAY.
