FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.6 inches over Kansas will deepen
to 29.4 inches and cross Lake Michigan Monday night, then
continue across southern Quebec Tuesday evening. A broad ridge of
high pressure of 30.3 inches over the Plains Tuesday night will
move across the western Great Lakes Wednesday.

...GALE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

.REST OF TODAY...Southeast winds 5 to 10 kt becoming east 10 to
15 kt. Waves 1 to 2 ft.
.TONIGHT...East winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast and
increasing to gales to 35 kt. Slight chance of rain showers and
light freezing rain in the evening...then chance of rain showers
and slight chance of snow showers overnight. Waves 3 to 5 ft
building to 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.MONDAY...East gales to 35 kt increasing to gales to 40 kt...then
diminishing to 35 kt again late. Rain showers, snow showers and
light freezing rain...plus a chance of sleet in the afternoon.
Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft building to 10 to 14 ft
occasionally to 18 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds to 30 kt increasing to gales to
40 kt. Rain and snow showers in the evening...then snow likely
with rain overnight. Waves 8 to 12 ft occasionally to 16 ft
subsiding to 7 to 10 ft occasionally to 13 ft.
.TUESDAY...North gales to 40 kt diminishing to gales to 35 kt.
Chance of snow in the morning...then chance of snow showers in
the afternoon. Waves 8 to 11 ft occasionally to 14 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt.
Waves 5 to 8 ft occasionally to 10 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 10 to 20 kt becoming northeast 10 to
15 kt. Waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 1 to 2 ft.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 kt becoming south 10 to

Areas of fog. Chance of rain showers and slight chance of light
freezing rain in the evening...then rain showers with isolated
thunderstorms overnight. Waves 2 to 4 ft building to 3 to 5 ft.
.MONDAY...East winds to 30 kt becoming southeast. Areas of fog.
Rain showers and scattered thunderstorms in the morning... then
rain showers in the afternoon. Waves building to 5 to 8 ft
occasionally to 10 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 kt veering to west gales
to 40 kt overnight. Rain showers likely in the evening...then
rain and snow overnight. Waves 6 to 9 ft occasionally to 12 ft.
.TUESDAY...Northwest gales to 40 kt diminishing to gales to
35 kt. Chance of snow in the morning...then chance of snow
