WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WAS OVER SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND AND THE
JERSEY SHORE THIS MORNING...WITH WEAKER RIDGING OF 30.5 INCHES
EXTENDING WEST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN LAKES. THE HIGH WILL MOVE OFF
THE ATLANTIC COAST TODAY. WEAK LOW PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL
MOVE FROM THE LOWER MISSOURI VALLEY INTO THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY
THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE A COLD FRONTAL TROUGH AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES
MOVES SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST AND INTO THE NORTHERN AND
WESTERN LAKES BY THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL
THEN SPREAD EAST FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER OHIO
VALLEY AND SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY. THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE
TO MOVE EAST MONDAY NIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES DEVELOPS
OVER THE PLAINS. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN BY
TUESDAY EVENING WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.4 INCHES...AND WILL CONTINUE
INTO NORTHEAST CANADA ON WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES
SPREADS ACROSS THE PLAINS.
