IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK LOW AROUND 29.7 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ILLINOIS
WILL MEANDER OVER THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES THROUGH MID WEEK WHILE
SLOWLY DEEPENING TO AROUND 29.4 INCHES. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE
