WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES EXTENDS
FROM CENTRAL QUEBEC THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES AND WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT...WHILE WEAKENING. LOW PRESSURE AROUND
29.8 INCHES WILL APPROACH FROM THE UPPER PLAINS ON THURSDAY AND
GRADUALLY WEAKEN AS IT MOVES INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES. ANOTHER
LOW PRESSURE OF SIMILAR STRENGTH WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE MID
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY INTO THE OHIO VALLEY REGION LATE IN THE WEEK
INTO THE WEEKEND...WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES MOVES
BRIEFLY OVER THE LAKES ON SATURDAY.
