IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...DEEP LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES EAST OF JAMES BAY
WILL CONTINUE TO PULL AWAY TO THE NORTHEAST INTO CENTRAL QUEBEC
OVERNIGHT...WHILE CONTINUING TO DEEPEN 28.7 INCHES. WEAKER
TROUGHING OF 29.7 INCHES WILL LINGER ACROSS THE WESTERN LAKES.
WEAK HIGH PRESSURE AROUND 30.2 INCHES WILL TRANSIT THE LAKE
TUESDAY...FOLLOWED QUICKLY BY A 29.6 INCH LOW THAT WILL PASS JUST
SOUTH OF THE LAKE ON WEDNESDAY. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5
INCHES WILL THEN MOVE INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS BEHIND THIS
LOW AND EVENTUALLY OVER THE LAKE BY FRIDAY.
