IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WAS CENTERED FROM
ILLINOIS INTO OHIO EARLY THIS MORNING. THIS HIGH WILL DEVELOP
EAST ACROSS THE NORTHERN APPALACHIANS THIS AFTERNOON AND TO THE
JERSEY SHORE TONIGHT. MEANWHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES WILL
MOVE ACROSS HUDSON BAY WELL NORTH OF THE LAKES TONIGHT...BUT WILL
TRAIL A COLD FRONTAL TROUGH AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES INTO THE WESTERN
LAKES SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THE COLD FRONT WILL CROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN BY SUNDAY EVENING...BEFORE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES
BUILDS EAST FROM THE PLAINS TO THE MIDWEST AND SOUTHERN GREAT
LAKES ON MONDAY. THIS HIGH WILL ALSO MOVE QUICKLY TO THE EAST
COAST MONDAY NIGHT...AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES TAKES SHAPE
ACROSS THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL DEEPEN TO 29.3
INCHES AS IT MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY
AFTERNOON...AND TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT LIFTS INTO QUEBEC BY EARLY
