WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER INDIANA EARLY THIS
MORNING WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC REGION MONDAY
MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER ONTARIO WILL
STRENGTHEN SLIGHTLY TO 30.5 INCHES AS IT MOVES INTO QUEBEC ON
MONDAY. A WEAKER RIDGE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL EXTEND ACROSS THE
LAKES REGION THROUGH TUESDAY. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.7 INCHES IS
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP BY THURSDAY NIGHT IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND
IN SOME FASHION MOVE EAST OR NORTHEAST INTO THE WEEKEND.
