IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...SURFACE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL
PLAINS AND MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL SHIFT TO THE TENNESSEE AND
OHIO VALLEYS TONIGHT. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL
BUILD SOUTHEAST FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES TUESDAY NIGHT AND BE CENTERED OVER THE GREAT LAKES BY
WEDNESDAY...THEN MOVE SOUTHEAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES IS THEN EXPECTED
TO DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY.
