is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Relatively light winds are expected today and tonight as high

shift to northerly Tuesday night as the low passes eastward and a
cold front moves down the lake. Northerly gales will be possible
behind the front.
