AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES BUILDS ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN THURSDAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES MOVES ACROSS SOUTHERN MANITOBA THURSDAY
NIGHT AND INTO QUEBEC BY SATURDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT
