WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...THE 29.4 INCH LOW OVER MINNESOTA WILL TRAVEL OVER THE
GREAT LAKES TODAY ON ITS WAY TO QUEBEC BY THURSDAY MORNING. IT
WILL WEAKEN OVER QUEBEC AND MERGE WITH A DEEPER LOW OVER THE
ATLANTIC FRIDAY. A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER
THE PLAINS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. THE RIDGE WILL PASS OVER THE LAKE
SATURDAY AND REACH THE ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY.
