WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED OVER THE OHIO VALLEY AVERAGING
30.2 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY WEAKEN AND LIFT NORTHEAST.
THIS HIGH PRESSURE WILL BECOME CENTERED OVER NEW ENGLAND MONDAY.
MEANWHILE AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES WAS JUST NORTH OF
LAKE SUPERIOR AND WILL CONTINUE TO SLIDE NORTHEAST AND APPROACH
JAMES BAY TONIGHT. THIS LOW WILL DRAG A FRONTAL BOUNDARY SOUTH
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN LATE TONIGHT...CLEARING THE SOUTHERN PORTION
OF THE LAKE MONDAY. ANOTHER BROAD HIGH OF 30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD
OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS AND CANADIAN PRAIRIES MONDAY...MOVING OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY THEN TO THE EASTERN LAKES BY THURSDAY.
