IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES LIES OVER THE UPPER OHIO
VALLEY AND WILL LIFT TO EASTERN QUEBEC BY LATE THIS EVENING
DEEPENING TO 29.2 INCHES. MEANWHILE...A RIDGE AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES EXTENDS FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
AND WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE MIDWEST TONIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES WILL DROP INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT AND MOVE TO
NORTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN THURSDAY...FILLING TO 30.1 INCHES. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES LATE
THURSDAY AND SLOWLY TRANSITION EAST TO QUEBEC BY SATURDAY.
