IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES STRETCHED FROM THE
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS NORTHEAST INTO WISCONSIN THIS
MORNING. THIS RIDGE WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TODAY
FOLLOWED BY A WEAK TROUGH OF 30.2 INCHES TONIGHT. ANOTHER LOW
OF 30.1 INCHES WILL MOVE OVER THE DAKOTAS EARLY FRIDAY AND THEN
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY DEEPENING TO
29.7 INCHES SATURDAY NIGHT OVER QUEBEC. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6
INCHES WILL DROP ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES AND MOVE OVER
NORTHERN MINNESOTA SUNDAY...THEN ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN SUNDAY
