WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.8 INCHES CENTERED OVER WISCONSIN
TODAY WILL SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES TONIGHT WHERE IT
WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEKEND. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT TO NEW
ENGLAND ON MONDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES MOVES OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS. THE LOW IS EXPECTED TO LIFT NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN ON
TUESDAY THEN FILL AS IT LIFTS INTO CANADA.
