IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES IS OVER MICHIGAN THIS
AFTERNOON AND WILL LIFT TO QUEBEC FRIDAY. RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST FRIDAY
AND BUILD SOUTH TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS OVER THE WEEKEND.

FRIDAY TO JAMES BAY SATURDAY WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVING
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY. ANOTHER LOW OF
