WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES CENTERED ACROSS THE OHIO
RIVER VALLEY AND THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES EARLY THIS MORNING WILL
SHIFT EAST THROUGH TODAY. MEANWHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES
ACROSS MANITOBA EARLY THIS MORNING WILL SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHEAST. A
SURFACE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES EXTENDING FROM THIS LOW
ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST WILL MOVE EAST. THIS WILL REACH LAKE
MICHIGAN ON SATURDAY WHILE THE LOW PRESSURE MOVES OVER THE LAKE ON
SUNDAY NEAR 29.6 INCHES. BEHIND THE PASSAGE OF THIS LOW THE WINDS
WILL TURN NORTHERLY AND INCREASE MARKEDLY WITH POSSIBLY A FEW NEAR
GALE FORCE GUSTS EARLY ON MONDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IS
THEN FORECAST TO EVER SO SLOWLY MOVE FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST TO THE
LOWER GREAT LAKES THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK.
