IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...BROAD LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES SOUTH OF THE
LAKES ACROSS INDIANA AND OHIO WILL DISSIPATE BY THIS EVENING AS
IT REACHES LAKE HURON. ANOTHER LOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AND REACH MINNESOTA AT
29.5 INCHES SATURDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER STRONGER LOW OF 29.3 INCHES
WILL DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS SATURDAY NIGHT AND DEEPEN TO
29.2 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE MID ATLANTIC COAST MONDAY.
