WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.9 INCHES CENTERED OVER THE
LOWER MISSOURI RIVER VALLEY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO THE OHIO
RIVER VALLEY BY EARLY THIS EVENING. STRONG LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3
INCHES WILL THEN TRACK ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO TONIGHT AND INTO
TUESDAY MORNING...REACHING WESTERN QUEBEC BY TUESDAY NIGHT. THIS
FEATURE WILL STEER A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE TUESDAY
AFTERNOON....WITH HIGHER END GALES EXPECTED IN ADVANCE OF THIS
FRONT AND SOME GALES IN ITS WAKE AS WELL. FOLLOWING THIS
SYSTEM...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WILL BUILD INTO THE MIDWEST
WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY.
