WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW OVER IOWA WILL TRACK EAST ACROSS
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN LATER THIS MORNING AND THEN CONTINUE ACROSS
CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN LATE THIS AFTERNOON...WHILE DRAGGING A COLD
FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL SPREAD
ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT
AND THEN BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND WESTERN
GREAT LAKES FRIDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN PARKED ACROSS THE
GREAT LAKES INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO SUNDAY.
