WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...DEEP LOW PRESSURE OF 28.9 INCHES OVER THE UPPER
MIDWEST WILL FILL TO 29.2 INCHES OVER MINNESOTA THROUGH MIDDAY
TUESDAY...WHILE A SECOND SURFACE LOW PRESSURE WAVE MOVES ACROSS
THE LAKE OVERNIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY ALONG A NORTHEASTWARD MOVING
COLD FRONT. THE MINNESOTA LOW WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT VERY SLOWLY
EAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION THROUGH MID WEEK...FILLING TO
29.5 INCHES BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE LOW WILL THEN DEEPEN AGAIN
TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES EAST INTO SOUTHERN QUEBEC ON THURSDAY.
WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL EVENTUALLY SPREAD ACROSS
THE MIDWEST BY THE WEEKEND.
