WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER WESTERN ONTARIO WILL
MOVE SLOWLY EASTWARD...DEEPENING TO 29.3 INCHES BY THE TIME IT
REACHES EASTERN ONTARIO MONDAY AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT TRAILING
SOUTHWEST FROM THIS LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE TONIGHT. THE LOW
WILL SLOWLY MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS QUEBEC THROUGH MIDWEEK WITH A
SECONDARY COLD FRONT TRAILING WEST FROM THIS LOW MOVING SOUTH DOWN
THE LAKE EARLY TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL MOVE
INTO THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES REGION WEDNESDAY.
