IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...DIFFUSE LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WAS OVER
WISCONSIN AND ILLINOIS THIS EVENING...AND WILL DRIFT OFF TO THE
SOUTHEAST OVERNIGHT AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES SOUTH ACROSS THE LAKE
BY EARLY FRIDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD
SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND WESTERN GREAT
LAKES BY FRIDAY NIGHT. THE HIGH WILL THEN WILL DRIFT TO THE EAST
SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY...WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES
DEVELOPS OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
