IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD HIGH OF 30.3 INCHES STRETCHES FROM WESTERN
QUEBEC THROUGH THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES AND SOUTHERN PLAINS. THE
HIGH WILL SHIFT EAST THROUGH SUNDAY. A 29.3 INCH LOW FORMS OVER
THE NORTHERN PLAINS SUNDAY MORNING AND WEAKENS TO 29.6 INCHES AS
IT PASSES OVER THE FAR SOUTHERN END OF THE LAKE MONDAY EVENING.
